Servings: 1 large portion or 2 small portions
Here is one of my long-time favorite breakfasts, and it only takes a few minutes (which I love!). If you have 5 minutes in the morning, you can make a tasty, filling, and nutrient-dense breakfast that provides your body with the fiber, fat, and protein it needs to start the day, giving you energy till lunch.
In a small pot, heat oat or oat bran (or combination of both), coconut milk, water, and sea salt on the stove, cooking at low-medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes while stirring in the ghee, collagen, ground flaxseed and cinnamon. Add honey to taste, then top with fresh fruit or nuts of choice. Enjoy!
