Turmeric Tea Latte
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon cardamom
2 rounded tablespoons collagen powder (brand: Great Lakes Gelatin - green can)
¼ cup warmed coconut milk (brand: full-fat Native Forest)
¾ cup hot water or hot brewed rooibos tea
4-6 drops of vanilla liquid stevia (brands: NOW Foods, NuNaturals or SweetLeaf)
Pinch of sea salt
Or blend the non-heated ingredients in a Magic Bullet or blender and then heat in a pot on the stove.
