Since there is no one cookie-cutter approach to optimal health and performance, it is essential to have an individualized approach. Please follow the simple steps below to schedule your private training session:
New Patient - Fitness, Wellness and /or Sports Performance Training Session
- Initial visits with Stacy begin with about a 30 minute analysis of your health history. Provide this information at least 48 hours prior to your initial appointment. Email to your completed health history intake and waiver form to Stacy's email address.
- After Stacy completes the pre-appointment review, you will join her for a 60-minute or 90-minute training session to examine your movement patterns and areas of strength, weakness and mobility where she will have a better understanding of your fitness or performance plan moving forward. These appointments can be conduced at a time and location convenient for you and Stacy, such as your own home, your office gym or a local park.
- Follow-up training sessions can be made either at the time of making the initial session or upon the completion of your first visit.

Fees are due at the time of service. Cash, check or credit card are accepted. Insurance is not accepted, however, we can provide you with a super-bill if you would like to submit for reimbursement from your insurance.
