Acceleration Sports creates a positive learning environment dedicated to making athletes stronger, faster and more efficient for their sport. It is important to train "the whole" individual through proper sports performance training, nutrition, mental training, time management and injury prevention. In sports, just as in life, each area is unable to reach it's full potential without the help of another; they all go hand in hand to make the best athlete and individual. Instruction is sport-specific and focuses on the specific development in either a team or 1-on-1 setting. Students range from 8 year old through adults.
